PDF Patterns

All PDF pattern sales are final. I'm unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on digital products.

Download Issues

If you experience a technical problem with your purchase -- such as a missing download link, an expired link, or a file that won't open -- please contact me at tiffany@straightstitching.com within 14 days of your purchase. I'll do my best to resolve the issue promptly by resending the file or reissuing your download link.

If I'm unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, a refund may be issued at my discretion.

Please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out, as order confirmation and download emails occasionally end up there.

Completed Quilts and Physical Items

For any physical products purchased through this site, please contact me at tiffany@straightstitching.com within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. Include a photo of the damage and your order number. If a return is approved, I'll provide instructions at that time. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged due to my error.

I am not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address if the wrong shipping information was provided at checkout.
