Shipping Policy

Digital Products

All PDF patterns and digital products are delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link and access through your Squarespace account. There are no shipping fees or delivery wait times for digital orders.

If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact me at tiffany@straightstitching.com and I'll get it sorted out quickly.

Physical Products

For completed quilts or any other physical items purchased through this site, orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of payment. All physical orders ship via USPS standard mail within the United States. I do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you prefer priority or first class mail, please contact me at tiffany@straightstitching.com before placing your order so I can arrange that for you.

I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS once a package has been handed off to the carrier. All physical shipments include insurance. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact me right away so I can help initiate a claim.
