Shipping & Returns

Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

All PDF patterns and digital products are delivered electronically. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link, plus access through your Squarespace account. There are no shipping fees or delivery wait times for digital orders.

If you don't see your download link within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there, contact me at tiffany@straightstitching.com and I'll get it sorted out quickly.

All PDF pattern sales are final. I'm unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on digital products.

If you run into a technical problem with your purchase (a missing download link, an expired link, or a file that won't open), reach out within 14 days of your purchase. I'll do my best to resolve it promptly by resending the file or reissuing your download link. If I'm unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, a refund may be issued at my discretion.

Physical Products (Completed Quilts & Other Items)

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of payment. All physical orders ship via USPS standard mail within the United States. I don't offer international shipping at this time.

If you'd prefer priority or first class mail, contact me at tiffany@straightstitching.com before placing your order so I can arrange that for you.

I'm not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS once a package has been handed off to the carrier. All physical shipments include insurance, so if your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact me right away and I'll help initiate a claim.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. If a return is approved, I'll send instructions at that time. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged due to my error. I'm not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address if the wrong shipping information was provided at checkout.
